We have built a significant bespoke database of M&A activity in the sector and also have access to other leading M&A industry databases. Most importantly, we have the experience and creativity to identify which acquirers will be “strategic” and hence prepared to pay a premium.

5. Deal expertise
There is no substitute for experience. Not just in negotiating a deal but also advising on deal structures, legal documentation, employment contracts, tax and other issues that arise during the process. We offer a hands-on, personal service. A Director will be responsible for each assignment and will attend all meetings and handle the project. We don’t delegate to kids.
