ICON represented Symetris Limited in its £4.4m sale to Mettoni Group Plc, the network solutions group that was listed on AIM in June last year.
Symetris has developed from its original business of supplying Oracle client-server solutions into the provision of communications and e-business solutions, primarily to major blue chip companies.
Symetris, which is based in Farnborough, will be combined with the Mettoni Group's existing systems integration operations and the enlarged company will form the core of the new Mettoni Systems Integration business.
