Trilogy Broadcast Limited – ICON has advised management on their Management Buy-Out
ICON has advised the management of Trilogy Broadcast Limited ('Trilogy') on the buy-out of the company from its existing investors. Trilogy has developed Mercury, a ground-breaking solution for wide area Audio Command and Control applications based upon Internet Protocol technology. A key attribute of the product is that it provides a unique solution to the critical problem of radio system interoperability which is a major issue in key security and communications markets, including Homeland Security in the USA. This builds on Trilogy's historical expertise and products which include wired audio command and control communications systems, signal monitoring and timing reference equipment, which are used in over 40 countries worldwide by blue chip customers that include BBC, LWT, Bloomberg, CNBC and Hearst Argyle.
