Richard joined Experian in 1999 in the role of managing director of UK, Ireland and Northern Europe and presided over the dramatic organic and inorganic growth of the business over seven years. Following Experian's listing as a UK FTSE company in October 2006, he has taken on a new role of driving Experian's development in emerging markets with a particular focus on India, Russia, China and Japan.
The company employs around 15,500 people in 36 countries, supporting clients in more than 65 countries. Annual sales are $3.8 billion (£1.9 billion / €2.8 billion).
