ICON secure first round funding of £1.9m for pioneer internet company Ezeehelp.com. Ezeehelp provide a global e-commerce web enabled customer service. The service enables ezeehelp clients
to give their customers the ultimate in customer service over the web. The quality ‘e-services’ for business - to - business and business - to - consumer customers is delivered through a combination of highly trained web-enabled agents, located throughout the world in the form of a virtual contact centre; and a network of e-service centres – called ‘ezee-service centres’.
