We started the business in 1999 to focus on the need for high quality, corporate finance advisory and transactional services to the technology sector. Since then, we have seen the highs and lows of the M&A cycle but throughout have consistently delivered results for our clients.
We have built significant intellectual capital in the sector and closed transactions in a wide range of technology sectors from systems, software, internet technologies, IT services, telecoms, digital content, semi conductors, IP communications, environmental technology, electronics and many, many more.
Through programmes such as ICON’s IT Giants Series and ICON’s CEO Leadership Summit we have developed direct access to the most important and powerful powerbrokers in the tech world and we personally know the leaders of major technology groups such as Microsoft, Oracle, Intel, Sun, ARM, Qualcomm, QinetiQ, Autonomy, EDS, Amazon, Experian and Symantec.
